Tenant Improvement

Metal Framing
Steel or aluminum studs and track for walls, ceilings, and partitions. Used on homes, ADUs, additions, and commercial TI. Resists fire, pests, and moisture. Precise and suitable where wood is not the right choice.
Drywall
Hanging and finishing gypsum board for walls and ceilings. Standard, moisture-resistant, and fire-rated boards as the job requires.
Taping
Joint taping and finish so walls and ceilings are ready for paint. This is drywall finishing — not athletic or medical taping.
Design and Permitting
We work from your drawings or help develop them, then navigate city and county requirements so the project can be built legally and on a real timeline.
Dumpster Rental
Job-site dumpsters for our projects and for owners who need a bin during their own work. Ask when you request a quote.
