Watts Building Company builds homes and commercial interiors from a base in Roseville, California. We are a builder first: custom homes, ADUs, additions, remodels, and tenant improvement, with metal framing, drywall, and taping handled in-house.
Craig Watts
Craig Watts is a third-generation carpenter. He started on the tools young and has spent more than 15 years in construction. That background shapes how the company works — measured layouts, clean finishes, and jobs that hold up.
He also led design and construction of five indoor mini-golf pubs, each about 10,000 square feet, across Northern California. Those projects required coordination of structure, themed interiors, and public-use buildout — the same discipline we bring to houses and tenant improvement.
